Premier Inn Tottenham Hale
As part of the construction of a new Premier Inn Tottenham Hale we are providing a complete package of ductwork services to 96 bedroom areas.
Self-contained Heat Recovery units are installed in each room and ducted to the outside to extract air from the pod bathrooms and the general bedroom area.
Alongside this work we are providing galvanised ductwork systems for the ground floor restaurant, bar area and concierge along with the installation of fan coil units and air handling plant.
On the whole the project has been relatively hassle-free but at certain times there’s been a co-ordination issue with other services on site.
Fortunately our experienced on-site team has been able to come up with a solution there and then. Within 2 days we’ve been able to get the parts fabricated, delivered on site and installed and kept the project on track for completion on 27 May 2016.
This new hotel is located close to Tottenham Hotspur’s White Hart Lane and Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, which makes Premier Inn Tottenham Hale (according to their website) “the ideal base for catching a football game in London – whichever team you’re cheering for!” and will be open in time for the 2016/17 season.
