London Docks
Client: St Georges, Partner: South Eastern Electrical PLC, based in Hainault
We’re currently installing ductwork for the new London Docks development which is close to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks and the City.
On completion London Docks will be: “a thriving new cultural quarter, featuring a magnificent choreographed central water feature and the finest selection of high quality new homes.”
We’re currently working on Clipper Wharf, Alexander Wharf and Admiral Wharf. The first block, Clipper Wharf, consists of 80 apartment sand will be ready for new residents to move into from July 2016. Another 2 blocks consisting of 187 apartments will be completed in April 2017 with more apartments ready for occupation in 2019.
It’s likely that we’ll be involved in this impressive project until about 2026.
Primarily this project has involved the installation of residential ductwork (plastic), energy efficient heat recovery systems manufactured by VentAxia and we have also been responsible for the installation of the associated Fan Coil units and plenums.
