Starting from this week AQS will be delivering a 2-day BPEC Approved Domestic Ventilation Installer course with Vectaire and Air Vent Technology Ltd.
The course will be delivered by our in-house ventilation experts – highly knowledgeable individuals have over thirty years’ experience in this ever-evolving industry.
The first course will be taking place on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 September with the next course planned in October 2016.
Cost of the course is £275/participant. Discounts are available for multiple participants.
Participants will understand the importance of the correct installation, testing and commissioning of ventilation products.
Using in-house experts means, once the course criteria is covered and understood, attendees can receive in-depth bespoke training on any number of ventilation-related topics, which makes Vectaire training a truly unique experience.
We can now reveal the ‘rig’ from our first course which helps to make the course more hands-on and interactive:
Since ventilation became ‘notifiable work’ the NHBC requires that ventilation can only be installed by a ‘competent installer’ who has undertaken a third party training and assessment programme specifically for domestic ventilation and has proof of certification
This course is ideal for experienced or training electricians, plumbers and heating engineers. It is recognised by the government as a suitable academic qualification for relevant Competent Person Schemes. Anyone completing this course can install new build ventilation systems and receive a benefit in SAP.
